Electrostatic Dust Collector for Pure Oil Coolant Fume

UNI MAG's Dust and Mist Filter line cleans the air around grinding and forming operations with two filtration approaches. The Dust Collector intercepts dust particles through multiple filter layers that capture both dust and oil mist, with some layers washable to cut replacement cost. The Electrostatic Dust Collector is built for pure oil coolant, removing fume and dust with all layers washable, in 22, 32 or 43 m3/min capacity; it is not suitable for water-based coolant, so confirm your coolant type before ordering. Machine shops use these units on surface grinders, profile grinders, internal/external grinders, centerless grinders, tool grinders, gear grinding machines and cold forging forming machines to protect worker health and keep airborne contaminant off electrical equipment.
