Duck Magnetic Separator

Duck Magnetic Separator equipped with a magnetic roller that attracts contaminants from coolant, then dried and discharged. No filter media consumption in the Coolant Filtration System.
Features :

1. Ferrous contaminant can be attacted, pressed, and discharged automatically. No filter media consumption.
2. Use superior ferrite permanent magnets and by test magnetic circuit design, the attractive forces are the best among similar products.
3. External area of magnetic drum is filled with magnetic force, perform best in filtration process.
4. Frame is die-cast by aluminum-alloy. Super appearance and leak-proof. Un-attractive to magnetic force (except MCJ-240A).
5. The magnetic drum can attract the impurities from the coolant. After squeezing, it can be discharged automatically and witout any consumption.
6. You can adjust the upper scraper while it is wearing.
7. If you want to filter the carbide, carbon remover of headened steel and oil coolant. we suggest you to purchase super magnetic separator MCJ-**HK.
